Abernethy Healthy Lifestyle Association Incorporated was formed to improve the health of people in our area by co-ordinating opportunities and the provision of infrastructure that will help prevent diseases related to physical inactivity. Our most ambitious project is raising money for a shared footpath/bikeway connecting Abernethy to the neighbouring village so that we can walk or ride bikes SAFELY to school and our closest shop/milkbar.
We are a DGR (deductible gift recipient) so donations of $2 or more are tax deductible. Contact Secretary Julianne on 4991 3108 or email us on [email protected] if you would like to help. If you'd like to find out more of what we are about, why not join us in exercise...
